Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advanced to avoid 50% of the service(s) fee.
Waxing clients have a 7 minute grace period past their appointment time to not be considered a no-show. Any time after that your appointment will be canceled & fee's apply.
Facial clients have a 15 minute grace period past their appointment time to not be considered a no-show. The amount of time you're late takes away from your facial appointment time. Any time after that your appointment will be canceled and fee's apply.
